School Group Request

We are booking for the 2024-2025 School Year Calendar!

Please review our policies here before requesting a school group visit!

Please complete the following form to request a reservation for your school group. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Your trip is not confirmed until you receive an invoice and confirmation of the date being reserved for your group.

If you do not receive an email(Please check your spam account!) within 10 days of requesting your visit, please contact FieldTrips@QubeinChildrensMuseum.org.

Please keep in mind, you must have a 1:10 child/adult ratio for field groups.

These adults must be over 18 years old and can consist of organization staff and/or paying chaperones.

To ensure museum capacity is available for the general public, we have a limit of 1 chaperone for every 3 students. Upon booking, we will provide the number of chaperones available to your group.

A minimum of 1 adult for every 10 children is required for all field trip groups. Please confirm your group will have a minimum of 1 adult for every 10 children. *
